Exhibition "Me, book and ex-libris"

This year marks the 500th anniversary of the first known book in the Estonian language. That is why 2025 has been declared the Year of the Book, when we are reminded in various ways that books are the source of wisdom, the cornerstone of our education and culture.

A good book is not only meaningful but also beautiful. A book is never alone - it belongs to someone. One way to appreciate a book in your own way is to create an exlibris for it, a sign of the book's owner.

Honour and praise to everyone who took part in the All-Estonian ex-libris competition for children and youth "Me, Book and Ex-libris" and helps to preserve books and the noble tradition of ex-libris art.

Congratulations to those whose individual exlibris, distinguished by their artistic level and masterful execution, created by them or under their supervision, attracted the attention of the jury!
